The customer service was excellent with helpful and kind staff. Conveniently located near the train station, shops, and restaurants. The rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was great. The staff even stored our luggage after check-out so we could continue exploring. a fantastic stay!

She provided excellent tour suggestions and recommendations for local areas to visit. The rooms were pristine and well-maintained. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. we highly recommend this hotel for an amazing Florence experience.

We were blown away by the really good service at Luxor. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, the staff were really nice too ensure our stay was perfect. Elizabeth and her team were helpful and pleasant, taking care of all our requests with a smile. We will definitely be returning to Luxor in the future.
